Image revised is a work developed from the impossibility of relocating site-specific work, questions of legitimacy of an artwork and object to image translations.
The installation includes four videos from installations, where context is part of the work. The viewer is entering the installation, walking around, continuously transforming the current installation view. The screens are positioned from left to right, in a chronology of a timeline.
In between them, four objects take their place. Once the viewer moves further, stepping the vertical time perspective, the perspective transforms. The back of the screens conceals the videos, and the front of the objects reveals.
Those objects are using mapping technology to reconstruct the space in 3-dimensional environment and image of documentation is applied to become their surface. They are flat, as the photos of documentation, used for dissemination and mediation of the work.
